How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, East & Central Sutherland Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Visit the Citizens Advice website or Money Map Tool for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

It’s also easy to get in touch with us, in whichever way suits you best. For more complex issues, such as a benefit appeal it may be necessary to make a follow-up appointment.

Please note the bureau operates a drop-in service at all times during our opening hours, so please pop in to see us and we will do our best to help you during your initial visit, but may need to ask you to come back in if the issue is more complex.

Opening Hours

Revised opening hours (from 24th March 2025):

Monday – Thursday: 9am – 1pm | 2pm – 4pm

Friday: 9am – 1pm | Closed in the afternoon
